Samantha is a therapist that values individuality and personal growth, and strives to help her clients achieve that through her work with them. She has been working in the field of social work for 5 years, and has been working as a mental health therapist for 3 of those years. During that time, Samantha received her Master’s of Social Work degree from the University of Utah and developed particular strengths and interests in utilizing the evidenced-based practices of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT. Samantha continues to learn and be open to learning new evidence-based practices based on clients’ needs.

Ashley White, CMHC

Clinical Therapist

Ashley holds a MA in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University. Her education specialized in nature-based therapy, and she continues to incorporate that in her work. Much of her work has focused on substance use and recovery, in outpatient, court-mandated, and research settings. She also has experience working with pregnant and parenting individuals, as well as adolescents, often focusing on underserved populations. Ashley believes that all individual experiences are valid, and that each of us hold wisdom on our own healing.
